Zebra are related to horses, although more like ponies. They have teeth that can grind and crop grass.
The shiny coat of a zebra is very good at reflecting away the sun's heat, and this makes it possible for stocky animals like zebra to live in hot savannas.
Zebras move in huge herds, and as they are able to eat both long and short grass, they can often find grazing when other animals cannot.
