Yellowstone National Park borders the states of Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming.
Yellowstone is over a supervolcano which is not currently erupting, but whose heat is responsible for the geysers all over the park. Half of the world's geysers are in Yellowstone, including the most famous geyser in the world, called Old Faithful, which erupts at just under an hour interval. It is a major tourist attraction.
Yellowstone contains the Yellowstone River, which is one of the headwaters of the Mississippi River.
Yellowstone is mostly an area of forest.
