What is a giraffe? A giraffe is a browsing animal of the savannas. It is noted for its long neck and legs.

Giraffe have to spread their legs in order to reach down to drink.

A giraffe is a plant-eating animal that lives in Africa. The giraffe is a specialist feeder. It is a browsing animal, which means it eats the leaves of trees, rather than grazing animals, which eat the leaves of grass on the ground. That is why the giraffe has a long neck.
