Fibre is found in plants. While all plants contain some fibre, plants with high amounts of fibre do you the most good.
This is a list of some of them:
peas, soybeans, lupins and other beans
oats, rye, wheat, maize (corn), and barley
some fruits (including prunes, plums, avocados, berries, ripe bananas, and the skin of apples, quinces, grapes, tomatoes and pears)
vegetables such as broccoli and carrots, green beans, cauliflower, courgette and celery
root tubers and root vegetables such as potatoes and onions.
