Campion

What is a campion? A campion is a woodland and hedgerow flower with white or pink petals.

This common hedgerow and woodland glade flower is one to look out for. It grows about 60cm high. There is a variety with white petals and another with pink petals. European. The nectar of the flowers is sought by bumblebees and butterflies. Moths feed on the leaves. A good perennial plant for conservation.
