called unnilennium (Une). It is
an artificially produced radioactive element belonging to the transition metals in the Periodic Table. It is
a transuranium element. Only a single nucleus of the element has so far been identified.
Discovery
It was discovered in 1982 at the Institute for Heavy Ion Research in Germany, when bismuth 209 was bombarded with iron 58 ions.
Technology
It has no uses.
Geology
Because it is an artificial element, it is not found in the environment.

It is not found in living things.
